YX-HY-180B Fast-Easy Packaging Stereo-protection Winged Sanitary Napkin Production Line

Function & Assemble Parts:

1. It can produce stereo-protection sanitary napkin with air-laid paper and fluffy pulp as absorbent material. Cotton core is molding in package type.
2. Independent small package is advanced in designing, complying with high-speed production, especially suitable to produce large-diameter sanitary napkin.
3. Independent packaging style: sanitary napkin after folding wings is stuck with outer package film and then three-folded. Products are sealed with adhesive tape and become into square small package.
4. Material of stereo-protection and three-piece style is molding on machine with a/so hitting dot on short-cut guide-flow cloth. Stereo U type is adjustable.
5. As per request, cotton core is in ultra-thin type.

Structure & Character:

1. Equipment is combined by sections, bracket is welded by steel tube with good stability and anti-seismic.
2. Driving system consists of gearwheel box, universal shaft coupling and arc gear synchronous belt with high driving accuracy and high mechanical efficiency.
3. Driving components are installed on backboard of equipment to prevent production against shake and facilitate adjustment and maintenance.
4. Molding and positioning procedure of products are all equipped with electric differential device to conduct adjustment without stopping machine.
5. Products are corrected in equidistance and conveyed with trim packaging.
6. Material stuffer is in manual expanding with convenient material stuffing and accurate positioning.
7. Side sealing & cutting of small package combines into one. Products are vertically arranged and output in line.
8. In production, jumbo roll uses vacuum absorption form to guarantee stability of material tension.
