YX-HY-180D Three-folding Independent Packaging Winged Sanitary Napkin Production Line

Function & Assemble Parts:

1. It can produce ultra-thin type(silk thin type), cotton core type economical or stereo-protection sanitary napkin.
2. Independent packing: sanitary napkin after being molded is three-folded and input into square outer package film and become package style after being sealed. Products are well-sealed.
3. By cutting off operation of small package machine, it can produce product without outer packaging.
4. Material for stereo-protection and three-piece is complex and molded on machine with hitting dot on short-cut guide-flow cloth. Stereo U type is adjustable.

Structure & Character:

1. Driving system is reasonable in structure: it consists of gearwheel box, universal shaft couplings and arc gear synchronous belt with good synchronization, stable driving and high mechanical efficiency.
2. In production, conveyance of jumbo roll takes vacuum absorption to guarantee stability of material tension.
3. Molding and positioning procedure of products are aft equipped with electric differential devices to conduct regulation without stopping machine.
4. Main drive components' are installed in the backboard of equipment to prevent driving against shake and fadfitate adjustment and maintenance.
5. Material stuffer is in manual expanding to facilitate material stuffing and accurate positioning.
